Association of high level of hs-CRP with in-stent restenosis: A case-control study
Highlights
- • Presence of diabetes mellitus, previous implanted stent type and hs-CRP were the most important factors associated to occurrence of ISR.
- • Cut-off value of hs-CRP associated to ISR occurrence was lower than cut-off value defined before as a predicting factor for CHD.
- • In individuals hs-CRP > 2.64 mg/dL addition to presence of DM, bare stent and higher TG was associated with ISR.
- • In individuals with hs-CRP < 2.64 mg/dL, ISR was only associated with DM presence.
- • There was no association found between statin and ARBs and ISR occurrence.
