    • Approximately 25% of insignificant lesions by CAG had abnormal findings by OCT, whether presenting with ACS or stable CAD.
    • Minimum lumen area and area stenosis were similar between ACS and stable patients.
    • Underlying plaque composition was also similar.

    Background/purpose

    We sought to evaluate the morphological characteristics of nonobstructive coronary lesions in patients with ischemic symptoms and/or signs.
