Risk of cardiovascular death or nonfatal myocardial infarction (MI) was not significantly reduced in older patients with non-ST elevation myocardial infarction (NSTEMI) who underwent an invasive strategy, compared with those who underwent a conservative strategy, over 4.1 years, results from the SENIOR-RITA trial show.
