  • Higher Overall Bleeds With CABG, but Greater Post-Discharge Risk for PCI in LMCAD Patients – EXCEL Analysis

    Left main coronary artery disease (LMCAD) patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) in the EXCEL trial have higher 5-year major bleed rates than those on percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), but PCI carry a greater risk of post-discharge bleeding.
