    Coronary revascularization guided by instantaneous wave-free ratio (IFR) or fractional flow reserve (FFR) had similar outcomes with no discernible differences in major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE) or any of its individual components or differences in mortality related to cardiovascular, cardiac or coronary artery disease, according to new data from the SWEDEHEART National Registry.
