    Open surgical repair (OSR) is associated with longer mean survival in low-risk patients with abdominal aortic aneurysms (AAAs), while endovascular aneurysm repair (EVAR) yields better long-term outcomes in moderate-to-high-risk patients, according to a new Danish cohort study.
